"Richard and his company All Pro Pools and Pavers did a phenomenal job on our condo pool renovations. I am the President of our Condo Association and he saved the day. The first licensed contractor we hired did work that did not meet code, was poor quality and incomplete, and then ignored our calls and emails until we ultimately fired them from the job. Richard was hired and proceeded to re-do the shoddy work and improve the quality and appearance of our pool 100%. The new modern pool coping, tile work, and diamond brite resurfacing look amazing. He is a true professional, which means I got daily updates on the status of the work, early notification of any problems he ran into along with suggested solutions, and fair pricing. He kept on schedule and within budget with no surprise “extras”. He is aware of current building codes and often stressed the safety of the pool users in his discussions with me. I highly recommend him for pool and paver work. (If this review sounds like I am gushing it is because I am. Many South Florida contractors, even licensed ones, are notoriously bad. "What a fantastic job Adrian, Mike, Jessica all did from Miami Emergency Plumbing!  They were prompt, courteous, caring and professional.  They came out when they said they would be there and were quick and efficient as to not waste time which would have added extra $$.  Mike let me know what I needed and Adrian followed up prompted the next morning at 7:30 am squeezing me in the replace my kitchen faucet.  
I would absolutely call Jessica again for all future work and I've given her name and number to a friend who will soon need her kitchen faucet replaced.

I was very impressed with how everything was handled and the speed at which it was done. They were much faster than any of my neighbors pools and most importantly, Omar was always available when I called or he returned my call very quickly. And the price they gave me was very reasonable.
