Terrible company thought I was hiring five star plumbing and Peter?s plumbing showed up only to find out they don?t have a license and are hiding behind this company now

Strongly recommend this company....we had no jot water....and they came out and replaced it within 2 hrs we had hot water again.

The technician did not know how to properly snake the line from the master bath. He was more concerned with commission. They do not warranty their work and they do not send licensed plumbers. Avoid at all costs!!!

NO they lied and sold me a system that did not work for my well water had buy a new system, It took over 3 weeks for them to get to install the system it was not working, call for weeks before some came back to look at the system it would take weeks to get right system.

I recently called to get my gas stove converted to propane , and adding a gas line . Loved the work ! Great customer service ! Will definitely be calling in the future . Makes the experience of being a home owner a lot better .

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received for a water heater inspection at two of my properties in Orlando. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences Ive encountered. While I acknowledge that the initial visit failed due to my oversight in not registering your team at the gate, the second visit was entirely mishandled. I registered your technician, Andrew, for the visit and was told he would arrive between 4 PM and 6 PM. I waited for over three hours, but no one showed up. When I followed up with your office the next day, I was told that the technician had visited the building and waited for an hour. However, I can confirm that no one came to the property, and I received no calls. When I verified my phone number with Andrew directly, he abruptly hung up on me. I called your office again to clarify, and the representative insisted that the technician had been to the property, stating, Dont call my plumber a liar. When I asked for evidence of the call to my number, I was rudely told, I am not going to provide anything. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability from both your technician and office staff. I expect better service and transparency, and I kindly request that you review this matter and provide a resolution, including the proof of the alleged call and visit. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. I look forward to your prompt response.

Be wary of engaging this company. In September, 2024 I contracted this company to install a new Rheem water heater. I selected Five Star in great part after reading Google reviews. Their price was competitive but not inexpensive. I have 2 leaks in the piping they installed (from the main to the water heater). They have scheduled a repair 3 times to date, never showing up to do the work - I took 3 days off work to be present for the repair. I have had another company complete the repairs. I have also discovered Five Star sub-contracted the installation to an unlicensed installer (not even sure if they were with a company - they do not work for Five Star for sure). Five Star did not obtain a permit (required), and did not schedule with a Utilities Code Inspector to approve the installation (also required). It took me 2 months to obtain a paid receipt, and they have not provided the warranty information I've requested multiple times (Nomar - their representative - told me originally the warranty info would be emailed to me after the final payment was received). Didn't happen. Not sure who they have received the Google Reviews from, but I find it hard to believe other (actual) customers have rated this company positively. Be wary of this outfit.

This was a big job and I was unsure how well they would work, especially not having them referred and just picking them from Angi’s list. Their lead plumber Christian, was professional and willing to make sure I was happy with the job. They tried to minimize the holes they made in the ceiling but still I had a lot. Nature of the job. The supervisor checked in to make sure all was well and they were willing to accommodate my requests on where I wanted the new plumbing run, the materials to use, etc. Overall I was very pleased. They did not stop once they started and the whole project took 5 days.

Fast to respond and schedule an appointment to see my water heater, I would definitely recommend this company

Our bathtub faucet was leaking and Five Star was so prompt to assist. Nomar arrived right away and accessed the problem. Once he removed the faucet, he conveyed the compromised condition of both the faucet and valve. Job scope changed as a result to replace with new valve and faucet. We couldnâ t be more pleased with his work. He is an excellent technician and made sure to complete the work the same day with his tech team , Christian and Dante. These guys know their stuff!!! Our bathroom was left clean and ready. Five Star has the right name for such great service!!
