"Called them out to repair my Frigidare freezer. on 11 Oct 25. They found the fan not working and said it's not in stock and had to order and it would not be available until 16 Oct 25. I paid $30 extra for it to be shipped sooner. They gave no updates and wouldn't answer their phone until 15 Oct 25. They came out on 16 Oct 25 and repaired the fan problem, but said he was too tired to check on the solenoid and clean the back of the freezer and said he would come out on 17 Oct 25 to complete the job. He never came out and never called to update me. I paid $481 for this service."

"The insulation went great. The technicians worked hard very friendly and knew what they were doing. The only issue is the company told me I had to ment the inspector . I said what? I’ve been a contractor for years in Florida and myself or manager ment with the inspector I have never put that on the person I sold my services to. Why would this ever be told to do from a company that I paid to do the job? It’s too bad it left a bad taste in my mouth. That will make me think twice before hiring another contractor and ask more questions. This is wrong as I would never tell a client to sit and wait for the inspector. It’s the companies responsibility! Not a good end to the work at all."

They put in RRL-220 Leak Sealant - For certain system leaks, a leak sealant can be injected into the system. This chemical helps prevent and seal existing leaks in the refrigerant handling system. Sealant is not a guaranteed repair, however, this type of sealant repair works about 90% of the time. Repairing the leak is not guaranteed and may continue to leak in rare occasions. Three days later my system froze up. Water leaked onto my hard wood floors. I called them to come by and check but it was a Friday and they did not have anyone near. So they came Monday. My floors are damaged. Too bad. They put in a new unit and wont do anything about the floors. The owner of Aire Serv said it would have happened anyway. I paid for the advantage plan but did not get anything for it except damaged floors."
