Bill arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and and repaired. He provided professional, knowledgable, and friendly customer service. The cost was reasonable for this work. I highly recommend Mile-Hi Sprinkler.

Great Job!! Very difficult undertaking as the yard, front and back, fully planted with LARGE trees and many flower beds. The crew was fantastic and about killed themselves to do as little damage as possible to my flowers and plants and grass!! David’s crew rocks!! Owner Mike is so professional! We HIGHLY recommend This company. You get what you pay for and we are totally satisfied!

I called the day before to have some sprinkler heads moved as soon as possible and the technician came out the next morning and was done promptly.

I could not have been more impressed by the level of service, quality and professionalism! Another company installed a large retaining wall that resulted in the piping being cut. Additionally, our system was outdated and ill functioning. We did not have heads that worked properly, had one zone completely out, and certainly did not have 100% coverage.

In less than two hours, Mark and his team provided all of the services above and a great tutorial on using the new system. The system is also warranteed for parts AND labor, for 3 years. To top that off, Mark was willing to work with us on payment.

They showed up on time, discussed my options, and fixed what needed to be fixed and changed.

On the day the work was done, the weather had turned from warm to stormy and cold, and the company apparently had many calls to get their sprinklers done right away. But I had called two weeks before, so I think I should have had priority ahead of the last minute folks.

I don't think they know their business. I don't think they know city code. The city told me that anyone with minimal expertise would've known what would've happened. They are quite aggressive about collecting their fees, but not so aggressive about doing their work diligently. Their work actually cost us between $40,000 - $50,000.

I don't think they did a thorough job with the irrigation. They made an excuse that they couldn't get a bigger machine through my gate. They said that it would be X amount of inches deep and it was never that deep. I was also just tired of their marketing. They call you and email you, just leave me alone.

Our sump pump started pumping madly one Saturday. We could not find a leak in the house so we turned off the main valve to the sprinkler system. The pump stopped pumping after a little bit of time. I called the company and the woman on the phone was very helpful. She set us up with someone as soon as she could. David came out and quickly found the problem. He could explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it. He also noticed something else wrong with the sprinkler system and fixed that too at no extra charge. He gave me some tips on how to avoid the most common freezing type problems we have with the system.
