They are suppose to be professional and provide the receipt on time for the warranty he offered. He has not given me a receipt.

"The receipt was sent first time on 04/05/22, possibly the number on which it was sent, was different. Please let me know the email or new number so that the receipt can be sent. The receipt always was ready, for some reason the customer didn't receive it. I will sent it again?. Sorry for any inconvenience. I am always here for any questions."
