"great workers, great price. 4 of them came. they went above and beyond trimming large oak trees that were over 200 years old. On site they were willing to do extra work for a small additional fee. All of the cut wood was removed as requested...and they even raked the yard clean of all leaves & debris. I have other rental properties and will certainly be using this group again."

"I needed 3 trees removed from my front yard and a couple of large shrubs. I got quotes from 3 different companies and Covington Landscaping was the lowest price. I would have gone with them anyway because Robert made a great first impression. He and his son, Josh, were on time and just did a phenomenal job. Very professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future when I have a need."

"Travis and his team went above and beyond to clear our overgrown and overtaken fence! His customer service and response time was top notch and his work ethic was outstanding! He took great care to leave our yard untouched while tearing out the old fence and shrubbery. Couldnâ t be happier!"

"couldn?t be happier with the yard work I received today! My front and backyard are not small, but they handled everything quickly and efficiently without cutting any corners. They were extremely responsive, reasonably priced, and left my yard looking absolutely amazing. It?s such a relief to find a company that delivers both quality and professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone needing yard work done right!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers. Required home inspections will often uncover lead paint, especially for older houses where lead paint may still be a problem. If you have taken steps to encapsulate lead, you should provide buyers with full documentation of the project so it won’t cause any problems later on.

Lead removal is crucial in older homes to eliminate risks of lead poisoning, which can severely affect health, particularly in children, by impacting development and cognitive functions.

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is recycling or donation, if possible. That way, the world can reduce its consumption of raw materials and the volume at which materials have to be treated and disposed of. If recycling or donation is not an option, most waste can be disposed of through landfills or incinerators, but their collection and treatment are separate from regular day-to-day waste disposal.

By using PPE, sealing work areas, and following containment procedures.
