Absolutely great work by a professional team! Half our yard was destroyed this past winter and we decided to get an expert to fix it with zoysia. Todd was super communicative and his prices were great. He and his team did an excellent job installing the sod, providing timely updates, and sharing lots of tips to upkeep it (and the rest of our yard) after! Very pleased and will call them if we need other services! 10/10 recommend

I selected Reliance to do my tree pruning job and replace mulch. We thought it would be two weeks, but they called and said they could do it within two days due to changes in weather. They arrived on time, had a polite crew and respectful crew that cleaned up after themselves. Excellent job and I would recommend using them for your projects.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness. The first service was great, the next service was mediocre, missing a few things. I mentioned it and the owner Todd became unresponsive. When I also asked when they would be able to trim the bushes Todd stated *When we do yards its just yards and when its bush day that is all we do...*. No problem with that except they never got to the bushes even after I asked again. The third and final service was poor at best. They moved my flatbed trailer from its parked location presumably to get under it but then left it parked sideways blocking the driveway and entrance and hit the planter box in front of the house knocking two bricks off. They did come back when I called and mentioned I have no problem moving the trailer myself and replacing the bricks even though I should not have to as there client but I was irritated because if I had not seen it my wife would have been blocked from entering the gate and the parking in the garage. Todd seems to have the right equipment and initially did a good service unfortunately the commitment to his work did not continue and they did not communicate with me, the client. Eventually, without notice, he texted me and said I have to find another company.
