We had a new home built. Jones Flooring was the ones doing the tile work around the tub. It took them 4 times coming out trying to fix mistakes like misaligned tile, two different grout colors, not putting insulation back in the wall where the ninch went, not connecting the trim in the corners....

I had 4 widow makers in my front trees from Sally and Zeta. They came by and gave me a quote. They were able to do it today and they even found numerous other large branches that were also split but had not broke that they took down. A total of 10 in all by my count. They chipped the debris up...

Did not complete work in a timely manner, removed forms from concrete too soon, resulting in some edge chipping. Left a lot of pieces of concrete that I had to clean up to prevent damage to lawn mower. Poor quality finish with cavities left in the surface.
