He broke every step down to me and when unexpected things popped up (like the crack in the slab), he fixed the problem rather than just hiding it with mortar. I will definitely use him again on all flooring projects and I would recommend the same to anyone in the area needing flooring or tile backsplash."

"I had Top Hat Construction insert wood plank ceramic tile into 2 of our bathrooms after our previous contractor completely messed up the job. They came in ON TIME which is nice because most contractors show up anywhere from 30-60 mins late regularly, and completely redid the job the other contractor messed up and did a fantastic job! Very timely too. They worked hard the entire time and managed to get both bathrooms done on the same day! Also they were very clean! the previous contractor left so much mud on our carpets we had to get them shampooed. Not Top Hat Contruction! they laid tarps down so no mess! Overall fantastic, friendly service. I have no hesitation recommending them for any remodeling job."
