As a long-distance landlord, I was surprised with an impromptu need of new flooring between tenants (4 bedroom single family residence neighborhood), stripped without notice. Explaining my situation to Issac (owner), he not only understood the importance of longevity and quality product...he also accommodated my needs in prioritizing his time to find, order and install carpet within my budget.
