I needed furniture removed ASAP. They came out that day and arrived on time. They quickly loaded the furniture. He charged me the top end of the phone quote even though it was an easy job, and then charged me an extra $50.00 to travel into Kansas. That extra charge was not discussed on the phone.

They were prompt and courteous They helped in weeding out what was still wanted and what needed to be disposed of which was helpful. They had an appointment that they had to make it to after us, so they weren't able to get a couple to three items but sent a crew the next day to pick those up. Only problem we had was that they charged maximum amount for two dumps when we were told that the dump charges were to be based on weight. There was only one small chest freezer and rest was light.

I'd been waiting for over a week to get the brush removed. I talked to Ben's Hauling yesterday and they came out same day. Very nice people. Worked really hard. Removed brush, raked area around and where brush was laying. Swept the street as well. I highly recommend this company. Will use again in the future if needed.

They were quick to come out and hauled away everything I needed them to at a fair price. Awesome job!

I was orignally told it would be a 1 day job. Would take about 5 hours. They would be there at 10am and would be done about 3 or 4 the same day. It turned into a 2 day job because the first day showed up over 2 hours late. Worked for about half hour. Unhooked trailer from truck and left without telling me. Had to call the company to find out what was going on. Was told had to go to Home Depot and would be right back. 2 hours later they showed back up. Worked for 2 hours. Was late in the day by now and I had to somewhere to be. Told them they had to leave and could come back the next day. They came back the next. Took them about 3 hours to finish. At one point the lady running the crew told me she was done. The job was not finished but she saw a snake and not haulling off any more. I told her I was not going to pay them till the job was finished. They did finish the job and I paid them but I would not call them again. In my opinion they were very unprofessional and disrespectful. The lady running the crew was rude and vulgar. I gave them 2 stars because they did haul off and clean up what I asked them to at a good price.

Billy and Kevin were efficient and courteous. They were cautious not to bang up the walls when moving a heavy piece up the stairs and all pieces out the door. Would hire them again.
