"I made the mistake of hitting him without using the Angi service. At first, he was great! Communicated and gave us a free estimate and reasonable quote. He started work right away and sent pictures of his first day progress. I drove out to check on things the next day and they were not there, but a piece of my furniture was left outside. Communication stopped until they were finished. A neighbor complained that one man was pouring paint/skim coat on her grass, and when she told him to stop, he used profanity toward her. He also left white paint on my wicker loveseat frame and on several places on the floor. We paid him for his services but would not use him again! Lesson learned."

"I went over the fence repairs with Alex Salazar, and he gave me a price for the work and materials of $500 cash. He arrived on time on Dec 14th and completed the repair, which took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I checked the work and complained that the gate he built was leaning. He came back on 12/18 and said that the fence post to which he had attached the gate was rotted at the bottom and would have to be replaced. I do not know why he did not notice this when he did the original repair?? Anyway, he said he will return tomorrow to replace the fence post to which the new gate is attached. This cost me an added fee, but he did show up on 12/24/21 and did the job, also installing a gate latch."

Bad News: January 2018, two windows developed spots inbetween the double paned glass. Good News: Window world ordered replacement windows and I am awaiting delivery and installation at this time. So far, I have my doubts about the quality of workmanship in manufacture of Window World windows. When I initially called Window World for replacement windows in 2014, I was certain I was calling the best there is. Now.........."
