He was very meticulous with the design making sure that all of my requirements were met. He would ask me my opinion on certain aspects of the design which I appreciated. I asked them to do a very deep cleaning of the ENTIRE house, which included everything in the kitchen, all the windows, baths, floors, light fixtures, insides of closets, blinds, stairways and all surfaces that could be cleaned or wiped down. I was not disappointed. This team does the most complete cleaning job I have ever seen. (a small example: the plastic kitchen cabinet liners were not just wiped clean; they were removed and soaked in soapy water). In short, the cleaning team was meticulous, honest and reliable. Betsy was also very easy to communicate with, returning calls or texts within minutes or seconds, providing before and after pictures, and consistently going above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of.
