I needed over 100 palm trees as well as a few bird of paradise trees trimmed at a comercial property, some of the trees were very tall requiring a boom lift. They gave me a very competitive quote. Showed up on time with a large professional crew. Trimmed all of the trees, cleaned up all the debris in a long 9 hour day. Very satisfied and will be calling them again for any tree issues I have. Only a very small issue is the owner speaks very little english and had to to communicate with him through his office personal.

I requested service this year for my trees to be trimmed away from my house. I was very clear with the owner on what needed to be done. After the job was complete and not done at all to spec, I contacted the company the same day. They told me they would come back out but never did. When I continued to complain, they said they would come back and charge me. Needless to say, it was a really poor experience. Not only that, but the last review I wrote was deleted. So it this review or any review I write on any other platform is deleted, I will just start sharing screen shots of the text exchanges I had with their employee for weeks on end. It was excuse after excuse. The job was not done and they refused to fix. I can only assume that the good reviews they get is because they deleted the countless negative ones.

"We completed the job to expectations, and he paid after everything was completed. He approved the job, but his wife was not satisfied after we had left; at that time, the owner had COVID-19. This customer has been harassing and obsessing with our company for eight months, and we don't delete reviews on this platform because Angie leads have control, not us and Google either."
