"John came out to the house & did a thorough inspection measuring the home for correct living SF. They were at the appointment as scheduled, very professional, & answered all my questions/concerns. The appraisal was completed in the specified time. The appraisal came back and was very informative & really helped my confidence in the value of the home, which sold in 10 days within 3 thousand dollars of the ultimate sales price & the appraisal. The appraisal came in higher than I thought & initially had concerns. In the end they were right & kept me from leaving money on the table. I listed the home for sale by owner which I do not think would have went so smoothly without the knowledge of my home obtained through the appraisal I received & I am confident that my home was sold and bought at a fair price. "As a single woman, I am always a little worried when I have to call in an outside company to do work for me.  I have had expereinces in the past where I'm pretty sure I was taken advantage of.  Richard alleviated all of those concerns for me right off the bat.  I felt like I had an advocate who was genuinely interested in making sure I got a fair deal and high quality work.  Going forward I will call Richard anytime there is an issue with any of the trees on my property.  He is fair, extremely knowledgable, dependable, and very professional."

"Everything went better than expected starting from the price and ending with the feel of getting a good deal. While I was shopping around on Google looking for interior designers and even stopping by the Home Depot, everyone was happy to give me what I wanted but asking for exponential prices and honestly the rendering didn’t look that good. But when I got a hold of Valentina and let me say I had to get a hold of her. She was happy to visit my home, hear my ideas and even offered other options that brought more “function” to the home. I didn’t understand what “function” meant at the time but after seeing her renderings of exactly what I wanted but in a floor plan I never could have thought of. Really went above and beyond what I imagined. I will definitely be using her services again when I’m ready to renovate my parents home."
