One week turnaround from taking measurements and photos to receiving the appraisal details in the mail.

Their appraisal was $3500 lower than the price for the new house. It should have been at least the purchase price. I called them to adjust it to the true sales price. They would not do it. The effect of their low appraisal was that the my mortgage application had to be revised, and reapproved. This put the closing date back 4 days, for which I had to pay the developer $2000 in late closing penalties.

Came when said he would, worked very efficiently, report useful to the sale of our home. Very professional and easy to talk with.

He quietly performed his job amidst the mess. Upon reading his report, felt it good advice to get a Home Inspection for more in-depth details, before buyout.
