"I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. I spoke with Mark. He confirmed my email again and said it would be on the way. He also confirmed that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I called back twice regarding not receiving the email and confirmed my appointment time since I had not received anything. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it. At 2:15pm on Friday, April 25 I called back as I had not heard from anyone or seen anyone at my home for the service. I was told by Nicole that the person assigned was not available at 2pm. My question, why didn't anyone call me earlier to tell me so. Why was it 2:15pm and no one had called me to tell me that my work would not be done? Why was I booked on Thursday for 2pm if no one was available? The level of service at this company is deplorable!! They rely on AI and even the representatives in the office can't get a simple scheduling task completed. I wasted an entire day as I could have booked someone else that was actually available. A manager called me back (I don't remember his name) and asked if someone could come at 4pm or the next day. He said he would SEE if someone could come at that time, which means he was not sure if he would have anyone. After all of this I don't have any trust in the company that they would do the job that I needed them to do. I canceled immediately!!!!"

"That is really strange that Randy be left a comment since the date that Dino Da Silva told me that he had been disabled in a car accident and could not complete the job that he left and a half finished disastrous mess. He left my driveway, peeling cracking, and with the paint coming off, he use the interior paint on the exterior of my house, he left the outdoor kitchen that he built so unlevel that the granite he put on top of it cracked. He also left the outdoor kitchen with all of the rocks falling off on the ground. every wall in my house has more than one mismatch paint color on it as does the entire exterior of my house. Also, every tool and every valuable in my house went missing, while Fast results solutions was working on my property. And now, there is a glowing review left months after Dino told me that he is disabled, has closed down his business, and so cannot finish my job and cannot pay me back the $130,000 that he owes me. This man, Dino. Da Silva is a common criminal, a pathological, liar, and a crook. He blatantly robbed me. He will be facing criminal charges. And now he has an excellent review after the fact that he told me that heâ  s disabled and has closed Fast results solutions and is unable to work anymore. Beyond belief."
