"The two gentlemen that came to my house were very professionally dressed, very polite and did an excellent job. They had me check all of the rooms to make sure that the cleaning was to my satisfaction. What really impressed me with this company was, I called a little after noon today to see when I could schedule my steam cleaning, and they worked me in the same day! Things they did:
The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."
