"Overall an excellent experience. The team was courteous and fast working. Rich was very fair and reasonable. Our liner showed up with holes in it and he worked with the supplier to provide a fair discount and guarantee for the repair work. The order said they would make a chemical adjustment once installed and full, but I did not realize that did not include salt. They also painted the coping, but did so the morning they came to remove the old liner. The paint job was scratched all over as they removed the old liner and installed the new. I'd have them come repaint at least a week before the liner replacement to give time for the paint to set. I would use them again..."
