"Hired to clean our carpet to get any pet odors out prior to listing our home and he made it worse and left it wet enough that it soaked into our foundation. Then when we complained he blamed it on our realtor and said he never thpught the carpet should have been cleaned in the first place. So if you recommend not doing it...why would you? Does not make sense. I ended up having to replace the carpets after that and have our foundation sealed after the rushed job."

This is the second time I’ve used them, and I will definitely call them again when the need rises, and I will also refer them to anyone needing this service! I had them to do a deep major cleaning.
