One Time Interior House Cleaning
Not a good experience. She sent a gentleman out and while he did a good job, he left a couple hours later. Also it appears a carpet cleaner from the them was left and my new one was no longer there. A few days later Michelle came out. She did not clean anything. I would never use her again because of her attitude. I had to hire someone else.

"I rarely turn down cleaning but after your movers left due to rats there was nothing we could do. Had you gotten a big trash bin and an exterminator we would have been happy to work with you. You also never made payment for the cleaning that was done. As far as a carpet cleaner I cant explain that. We were not there with a carpet cleaner."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Very very disappointedâ ¦.had an 8 am appointmentâ ¦.did not start work until after 1pmâ ¦ seemed to clean but did not clean throughly â ¦ paid a lot of moneyâ ¦. Did not clean with chemicals or my my equipment as I askâ ¦.three people and they just did a hit and miss job â ¦ found lots of filth laterâ ¦. Didnâ t even clean the lamp shades

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
We had a move in cleaning as this is a new build home. They identified areas that we need to have the builder correct and we are appreciative of that. With that being said they were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 and showed at 11 am and only notified us because I sent a text asking where they were. They had no ladders or trash bags upon arrival and then were upset because I was trying to find out where they were. At the end of the cleaning it was also stated good luck if you think anyone will be on time in pensacola. Our fence builder and gutter builder were on time so not sure what the issue was with being timely. We highly recommend going elsewhere for a cleaning company.

Michelle and I and the cleaner were getting along well and she seemed appreciative of our cleaning, carpet cleaning, and taking the time to check all of your electrical outlets as well as pointing out multiple building issues. I do agree we were late and my sincere apologies. My employee GPS sent her well out of the way of your location and got very lost. I tried my best to converse with both you and my employee and stay in contact up to our arrival. As far as being? angry? it was far from the case. I was upset because we were so late and obviously had you very upset. Again we are sorry."

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
The owner Michelle is hands on and will pitch in as needed. She cleaned my carpets and the floors dried within 2 to 3 hours. My home smelled clean and fresh and I was delighted with the new look of my floors! Price was affordable but did not lack the quality!

The people who did the job were fantastic. The company, however did not honor the price Angi quotes for a first time introductory cleaning. Not sure who want communicating. Only the stars for value for the money.
