We had stucco issues where it was coming away from the side of our house where we get a lot of direct sunlight; our house had not been painted since it was built, and we hadn't repainted since we bought it. They repaired that and patched problem areas before they could develop into the same problem. Then, they did a fantastic job painting the entire exterior and used a quality paint that will last us much longer than the typical quick fixes people use to flip the house.
