We had stucco issues where it was coming away from the side of our house where we get a lot of direct sunlight; our house had not been painted since it was built, and we hadn't repainted since we bought it. Then, they did a fantastic job painting the entire exterior and used a quality paint that will last us much longer than the typical quick fixes people use to flip the house. "Scope of work; had crumbling stucco on a chimney that was built 30 years ago without a permit. Materials were failing, stucco was falling off. A real professional. Advised the good and bad of the scope of work, didnâ t try to over sell even though there was additional work that needed to be done. Very good communication. Came up with a plan for future repairs to fit within our budget.
