We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. "Shaun did a fantastic job. In addition to general housecleaning and bathroom deep cleaning she did refrigerator and behind it stove and oven , inside and outside all cabinets and all ceiling fans. The house was nearly empty so she was very quick and efficient. Would recommend Shaun to any Realtors who need a home cleaned prior to sale or to a private individual who needs a “move out” clean.
