"The team was very informative. They were able to work with us and our realtor on scheduling. They quoted us a price off a listing for our home because we didn’t know the sq ft. We were charged as quoted. Got all but 1 stain out and that’s because it was old. Our carpets look amazing and as close to new as they can!"

"Well the Master Bedroom High traffic area, was not cleaned to customers satisfaction! The dirt was not lifted out of the carpet as promised. Very disappointed in the one area, everything else was great! Manager cost was at $180, but he knocked off $15.00 for the tech running late!"

"Cleaned pantry shutter doors that i didn't even realize were so dirty till they cleaned them!  They did many things like that.  Worked hard the entire time they were here.  Got a great value for my money.  I would hire them again.

My daughter and son-in -law was expecting family for a couple of weeks and was in need of their carpet and tile to be cleaned. The technician Mark  came within the time requested and did a great job at a fair price. My past experience with other  company's were often met with add on or service i didn't request. I found  Mark  to be very professional and  did the service requested and took the time to assure that the job was well done. I recommend this local company  for carpet and tile cleaning. I will use this company in the future for my cleaning needs. JOB WELL DONE

"Tim and helper started on 4/19 at 3:30 p.m. tacking and removing any tiny paint spots left by the finish painters.   Started first coat of finish around 5:30, and finished at 7 p.m.
Tim only came back at 8:30 a.m. on 4/20, and finished 2nd coat around 10:15 a.m.    Came back at 2 p.m. and finished the third coat by 3:30 p.m.   Told to stay off floor for 3 days if possible to allow for total hardening.
Floors look absolutely beautiful."

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

A floor polisher won’t remove scratches from a wood floor, but the polish can fill in surface scratches and make them all but invisible. If you run your fingernail gently over the scratch and it doesn’t catch, chances are that the polish will hide it. If it does catch, you might want to have your floors fully refinished, and you might need to have a professional floor sander in for particularly deep scratches. When in doubt, call a professional floor polisher to determine if polish will fill in your scratches or if you need more in-depth services.

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar. You can let these solutions air-dry after cleaning your floors with them, although you should manually dry your floors if they aren’t waterproof.

Each flooring material has its own maintenance requirements and cleaning techniques. For example, hardwood floors may require occasional refinishing and specialized cleaning products, while vinyl and laminate are easy to clean with regular sweeping and mopping. Concrete and natural stone, on the other hand, may need periodic sealing to maintain their appearance and durability. Follow manufacturer recommendations and utilize appropriate cleaning methods to preserve the integrity of your chosen flooring material.

The best way to clean vinyl floors is to vacuum or sweep away debris and then mop the floors using a mixture of warm water and dish soap or vinegar. You can also use store-bought cleaners if they’re marked safe for vinyl surfaces.

Yes, options like MDF or polyurethane require less upkeep while maintaining style.
