"These guys are amazing! We have been in our house for 14 years now and our tile floors now look like they did when we moved in. I cannot believe how well he was able to clean the grout. They use some citrus based cleaning solution that smells very lemony and nice. We will definitely use GreenDry in the future."

          My daughter and son-in -law was expecting family for a couple of weeks and was in need of their carpet and tile to be cleaned. The technician Mark  came within the time requested and did a great job at a fair price. My past experience with other  company's were often met with add on or service i didn't request. I found  Mark  to be very professional and  did the service requested and took the time to assure that the job was well done. I recommend this local company  for carpet and tile cleaning. "The floors were sanded and refinished as I expected. The house is old and some areas had water damage. He did a very good job minimizing the damage. Only one area did not totally clean up...that was not his fault....the floor was too heavily damaged to clean up completely. One thing you need to consider if you are going to refinish wood floor is the dust. I recommend you have this done when the house is empty if at all possible. He does try to minimize the dust, but it's almost impossible to get it all. You WILL have sanding dust when the job is finished."
