"The company is awesome. From the initial bid to placing the last window, all employees were courteous and professional. Watching the men remove and install each window was like watching a ballet in motion. With very few words the men synchronized their motions to effortlessly remove and install the windows. We noticed a crack in one of the window edges, sent a picture to Barb (Vice-president) who ordered a new window for us the same day she received the picture.
