"Stylecraft designed all of our cabinets throughout the house. From the custom open kitchen, bar and all of our bathrooms. We received the highest quality customer service from Dave and his team. They gave our project the attention to detail it needed and were courteous and careful with all the other projects that were going on at the same time. They were able to give us a detailed drawing of all of our cabinets, which in return helped us choose our hardware and countertops. I can't say enough about my fabulous kitchen drawers and cabinets. "I paid a premium for the plan and I believed the level of service would be commensurate. I was wrong!. It took three tries to get the plans approved (I gave him the benefit of the doubt blaming a tough review process). Each resubmission cost me time and money. Then once the GC began construction, there were discrepancies in the plans. We called this architect/engineer for clarification and he was very short. At one point he stated he was too busy to answer a question. Then he began dodging my calls which forced me to call from an alternate number which he then answered. I've been unsuccessfully attempting to have him meet with the GC and me on-site to review the issues with the plans. I have been stonewalled and given the run-around."
