The three movers who handled my relocation from Miami to Chicago were some of the hardest-working and most courteous people I’ve ever met. They carefully loaded everything from my home, ensuring that my belongings were handled with care. The delivery was impressively fast—just three days—and unloading went smoothly. While a few boxes ended up in the wrong rooms, that was a minor issue compared to the overall outstanding service. I truly appreciate their attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Agility Van Lines to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience!

Billy Jean, Lucas, and Nate did a great job unloading our furniture from the truck to the house. They were quick and very courteous.

Our family had a professional and excellent moving service with Agility Van Lines. Our move from Orlando to Wilmington, NC on 1/15/25 - 1/16/25 was planned/arranged by Mr Shane Young in a very professional manner. All of my questions and concerns were addressed regarding our move. Denise , within the office also was very thorough and courteous in responding to our logistical questions. The office staff met all of our expectations in planning our move. Our moving day experience with Billy Jean, team leader and support staff members Nate and Lucas were also very polite, pleasant and cooperative in professionally conducting our move. This was a move from an apartment in Sarasota FL to an apartment in Richmond VA. At each end there was an elevator as part of the move. Agility was fair in pricing and expedient in the pre move interactions. On the day of the move, they came within the move window and handled the load-in courteously and competently. On the delivery side, they were on time and again, expeditious in unloading the truck and delivering our furniture and boxes where they supposed to go. I really can't ask for more than they provided and would highly recommend them.

Agility Van Lines moved us last year and we contracted to use them again, but our plans changed. Our deposit was promptly refunded.

From my first phone call with Shane to final delivery with Ontario and Ian we could not be happier with their service. Shane was professional, knowledgeable, polite and HONEST. The price he quoted for pick up at 2 houses in Coral Springs, FL to delivery in Pittsburgh, PA was 100% accurate. No hidden fees, extra costs, zero surprises. Denise communicated with me consistently. Ontario did an EXCELLENT job with packing our boxes and cherished furniture with care and concern. He was kind and patient as he packed our memories for the next adventure. Cedric came prepared with tools, just in case, and helped us tremendously. Ontario clearly communicated with me prior to delivery date and showed up as scheduled with Ian. Ontario and Ian were organized, professional, caring and quick to unload our items. Absolute ABOVE EXCELLENT service and would highly recommend them with any moving needs.

Agility Van Lines is a very professional and personally relatable company. From my first conversation with John, later with Denise, and finally with Shane, I was treated with respect and kindness. The loaders and drivers were Ontario and Ian. They were simply awesome as well. I have moved several times in my life into several different states. To save money, often we would seek to make the move on our own. However, with this company, I was able to sit back, watch and relax. I understand the process of moving. These loaders are the same individuals who drive and unload upon reaching the destination. Ontario and Ian treated my merchandise as if were their own. I even listened to their conversation with each other and it was just as authentically kind and professional as if they were alone. Most moves encounter some sort of adjustment. There are always unforeseen circumstances, for example, additional space, different boxes, etc. With this move, my adjustments were met with ease and fairness. I was not overwhelmed nor surprised and accommodated towards next steps according to plan. Good customer service is everything to me. Agility Van Lines will treat you and your merchandise with respect, care and kindness. I am happy I chose this team and you will be also. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

This was the worst moving experience of my life! I had a pedestal dining room table and these movers destroyed it. The Pedastal was broken in half. My shelves on a bookcase we had were ripped apart and they lost all of the screws to my bed frame. When I called the office looking to see if they would help me, the manager was so rude and unapologetic. They actually blamed ME saying I destroyed my table and I was just trying to blame them. I got this as an Angie referral and I can’t believe they recommended them. They will destroy your stuff and then take no responsibility for it! The most unprofessional company ever!

I recently contracted with Agility Van Lines for my move, and I can't say enough good things about their service, their staff and my experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. The team arrived promptly, and they were incredibly efficient and careful with everything. Steven, Dwight and Juan handled everything from loading my items to disassembling and reassembling furniture with great care. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the way they meticulously wrapped and protected each item. Communication with Denise and Shane throughout the process was excellent! I contacted Agility Van Lines spoke with Shane, approximately Jan.,2024, Looking for a rough estimate on moving a 1 bedroom apt 700 miles to upstate Gloversville NY. In first week May 2024. I told Shane there are no giant heavy items, no, washer, dryer, couch, wall unit, no bedroom furniture. Etc. I have 2 flat screen tv’s, 65” 46”, reclining rocking chair, microwave, kitchen stuff, small dining room table w/2 chairs, home theater system 6 speakers, subwoofer rest clothes personal items. I told Shane I would pack everything, The sleep number mattress would be wrapped, I also stated it would all fit easily in a 20 ft UHaul. I completed and sent back inventory, I accepted the offer, { which was in the ball park of what I thought was fair, giving the truck, help, insurance, fuel, etc., They agreed to show up, load items on truck, show up in NY couple of days later drop off .. great … Moving day came and went without a hitch, met the driver and assistant {Daniel and Ali{?] }went over everything , told them I had a case of water for them here in fridge, signed papers and got out of the way, What I thought would take all day, took the professional men hours, they loaded 128 counted and verified boxes and totes of assorted sizes and shapes. All while laughing joking, having a great time, interacting with the customers making the whole experience easier. I offered to buy lunch, no thanks, we wont be here long enough, LOL ! ..sure enough, within a few hours we doing a final walk thru, shook hands put the case of water on the truck and said see you in a few days, before the movers came, he called ,left voicemail, and texted, to say he’’ll be arriving tomorrow between 8-10 am ,Ill text you when I’m an hour away, also spoke with Denise and Shane prior to move day about any last minute changes, questions, concerns etc,. I need to say I took care of all financial matters prior to loading, so when they left I had zero balance, that’s just me. Now to arrival day few days later, exactly as stated, AT this point everything Shane, Denise, the driver and even the assistant {Ali ? If I mistaken my humble mistake,}and Daniel the driver has told me about , and prior to, the move itself, and after the move ,how many days travel, same men loaded, will unload, has been 100 % straight dead on .. Got the text, they pull up , same guys, all happy joyous and free, We exchange greeting and they start the unload process, put everything here please , we’ll sort it up, they go at it , all while laughing , enjoying life and the job they’re doing , couple hours later, I verified the truck was empty, shook hands , thanked them immensely, I also bestowed some gratuities toward both gentlemen for the wonderful, careful, thankful, thoughtful, way they did their job, especially , finding out at the last minute , they were to come off the 3rd floor without an elevator, a gratuity for the loading and one for unloading . Daniel, Ali, Denise, and Shane, are the men and women I’ve worked with at Agility Van Lines, and they were all knowledgable, professional, honest and straight forward in their job, while at the same time, making me feel relaxed and ok. This is my first time using a mover to move long distance , last time was, get what you could in a Toyota Sienna van .. So I went to Angi to see if they had movers , they had, I chose Agility Van Lines. Great job once again, thank You.

This company is one of the best we ever hired. The people at every level were kind, supportive and knowledgeable. We ended up requiring an entire truck to move from MA to FL. Everything was explained up front. No fine print or surprises. The move was completed on time and no hidden charges. But what happened after the move will tell you everything you need to know about this company. They found some cash that we had hidden and forgot. It had fallen out of a piece of furniture. The owner called the day after the move to inform us what they found and delivered it to us that day! Incredible! Great company and extraordinary people.

Agility Van Lines did a perfect job with our interstate move from Pennsylvania to the DC region. Everything was clear from the outset. We initially communicated by phone and email, quickly developing an estimate and a schedule. The price was excellent---better than other bids we sought, and with superior customer service. The crew was hard-working, skilled, and pleasant. They protected our possessions well. Nothing was lost or damaged at the pickup location or at the dropoff location: the crew took excellent care of the items we were moving as well as walls, door frames, floors, etc. They placed every piece of furniture precisely. At every step of the process, the company communicated with us efficiently and reliably. I recommend Agility Van Lines most highly.

Rodney and Dwight went above expectations, as this was a long distance move. They made me very comfortable during this stressful and life altering process.

Could not be happier. The timing of my move was super complicated and was made even more complicated by my grandmother passing away. I had to reschedule so I could go to the funeral and they did it without batting an eye. John and Denise were great on the phone and the actual movers Richard, Phillip, and Kirby were a delight. Everything was moved perfectly, nothing broken nothing missing. The fact that the same team picked up my stuff and delivered it was a huge bonus. They were all so kind about the issues with my grandmother and just friendly in general. I really appreciated having such a quality move team as I tried to negotiate a move to several states away during such a difficult time. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great customer service. Agility Van Lines was so kind to donate boxes to Whispering Pines Elementary School for the cereal drive with Boca Helping Hands and help feed the homeless. Extremely grateful for their partnership and being so friendly.

Agility helped move my grandmother from Indiana to Virginia and the experience could not have been better. John was spot on knowing how much room we would need. The two day moving window was helpful when planning the logistics of booking plane tickets and travel. The guys that packed and loaded the truck were really friendly and professional. All of her things were delivered in good repair. The truck arrived so quickly too. Denise was kept checking in and making sure things ran smoothly. I have already recommended the company to a friend.

Agility Van Lines met all of our needs for our move from NJ to Florida. We were very happy with the communications that all parties provided. Alex and his crew did a great job. We moved on the coldest day of the year (negative temperatures). Alex was very kind an professional and was able to estimate our needs within 5 mins of his visit. The crew packed up 2 trucks in very harsh conditions, drove 1000 miles and arrived on time to unpack and unload. They were careful with our furniture, asked where we wanted things and even took time to unpack and assemble items back the way they found them. Most of all the crew was great to work with, a great time and VERY COURTEOUS. I would highly recommend AVL and Alex and his team.

Amazing! What a crew of hard workers from the South Shores of New Jersey to Mount Bethel, PA. Hats off and a Big Thank Yous to Alex, Marcus and Cedric. Caring for them with diligence, respect and care. Then bringing them to me in Michigan with the same A1++ service! When and if I EVER move out of state again, Agility Vanlines will be my FIRST call! I first spoke to John over the phone. He convinced me to background check and feel free to contact him with any questions. Rather for the company he worked for or making sure any other I choose (which I called AGILITY Vanlines back after my research. Starting with the BBB A+ there). Then Shane Young the Owner, called me to follow up and answer any questions. Locking in my job and giving me no SURPRISE FEES; taxes and all were included with his price (as long as "I" had no surprises, as a customer, on my end). Shane and his employees KEPT their WORD and worked with dignity and RESPECT! My items were picked up and DELIVERED by the SAME 3 GENTLEMEN that picked up in North Carolina and drove them to Michigan. Richard, Phil and Cedric were careful, quick, efficient and kind...also funny. They made my move back home a breeze! I pray all of you at Agility Vanlines nothing but BLESSINGS and SUCCESS!
