"First of all, let me say that I don't have a problem with the technician (Buddy) or the installation of the air conditioner unit itself. What I did have a problem with was the air purification system. I felt like I was misled about this system after looking at the invoice for the services I got. This purification system is a light bulb... a UV light bulb. What they installed is a Fresh-Aire Blue Tube UV light (part number TUV-BTER2) that that consists of a small bracket, a small transformer, a few feet if wire and a light bulb that costs approximately $200 and took the technician about 15 minutes to install. Unfortunately, they listed the system as $785 on my invoice and I knew the cost wasn't what it should have been. I called twice during the time the technician was installing everything and got to talk to a very pleasant and courteous lady (Sharon) who assured me that the service manager would call me with an explanation, but he never did... at least not that day. After speaking with the service manager, I was still not convinced or satisfied with this one item on the invoice. Eventually, the owner called me with a plausible explanation and I am now satisfied with all aspects of the installation. I did get a tremendous price break for being a contract customer and a returning customer as well. I also appreciate the fact that they reached out to me to resolve the issues."
