We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

We have 3 separate leaks in our home in different rooms. We do have a 20 year warranty, but after 4 visits to repair the leaks we still have major problems. We are seniors and have advise this company that our Dr. Is concerned with reason health problems related to week of this Mold and mildew. We are still waiting for the leaks to Ben corrected and a commitment to contract with a mold remediation company and resolve ceiling damage problem. "I have used this company many times for multiple homes and businesses over the last few years. In fact, their honesty and integrity as a company are what made me continue to recommend them to clients and even colleagues. I no longer stand by this. They have fallen into the same type of deceptive business practice as many other AC companies. I am unsure if they have switched management or even ownership, but this is not the same company I trusted. Today they were called out for preventative maintenance. The AC worked perfectly fine this AM. In fact, this unit had just been serviced by an experienced technician that they employ 2 weeks prior. It was that representative that told us we were past due for our preventative maintenance and who encouraged us to set it up. Once the technician, Jacalyn Dobberstein, arrived, who has only worked for this company for less than 3 months and had no prior experience in this field, the unit mysteriously stopped working. She did NOT ask my husband for approval of any work that she was doing prior. Rather installed what she thought it needed, charged us for it, and then when it still did not work, had the boss come over. 3 hours later and over $200 later, turns out, she was not accurate on her diagnosis. I understand standing behind your employees but come on, this time the customer was right, you lost a patron. We will never use your services again."

"I used Truly Nolan for my Termite Inspection when I purchased the home. They gave it the all clear. I hired them to do the pest control on my home and paid for the entire year. After that, I found drywood termites in the window seat and this year I found siginificant past termite damage in the walls of the master bath during a renovation. the walls and insulation had to be rebuilt. DON'T trust them with your most expensive investment! Since I had already paid for the whole year, I asked them to credit my account for the charge, and they refused. During the year, it routinely took 10 days for an in person treatment response, when pests were found, and they never eliminated silver fish, nor ghost ants (which became an infestation after 6 months, in spite of many calls for service on that front), nor Australian cockroaches. I have no pets and live alone, and keep an impressively cared-for home - which cars & walkers will regularly stop by to ask me & my visitors where I found the landscape accents, lighting, rocks, drain correction remedies, driveway treatment, walkway treatment, etc."
