Keys MoversIf I could have given a 0 I would, I had this company move my belongings from my storage unit to my new place about a mile away, I came and got the most fragile things myself. This was from my one bedroom apartment and I was assured it would take less than 2 hours to move that amount. There is a 2 hour minimum, fair enough and I agreed. The guys they send went as slow as humanly possible and my husband saw them just sitting in the truck. Everything finally gets inside and they have been at it for maybe 2 hours and 15 mins tops and come at me with a 440 bill! Charged for a full extra hour, I was so mad I went to pull out the extra $ and get them out of my home. One of our tvs had its cord missing, it was packed with it wrapped around it and gently wrapped in several comforters in perfect condition. Not being a big deal I ordered a replacement for it and I got it in the mail today, I plugged in my TV to have it broken and unusable! I called the office back and spoke to the same woman I booked my move with, she was very rude, did not care, talked over me and LAUGHED at me, telling me I signed the paperwork saying everything was OK even though they didn't bring my TV cord preventing me from noticing they smashed it. I've never had a employee down right laugh in my face over something they know they did wrong, unbelievable. I will never recommend this company.- Heather C.

Town & Country Movers IncI had an initial contract with them based on an estimate, but I ended up paying an additional $1200 due to fuel and other unmentioned fees. This resulted in an unnecessary sticker shock, because that information should have been available earlier. The loading and unloading fee should have been mentioned beforehand, too. The party that initially packed up everything did great. However, at the destination, whoever loaded the truck did a horrible job – there were crushed containers underneath heavier objects. Fortunately, nothing got broken. The driver that arrived in FL had recently been in a wreck, and I was impressed (and a little concerned) that he worked through the entire unloading with a limp. I also received a few items from someone else’s home, so they had to coordinate for that to get fixed, too.- Duane R.

Let's Get MovingI used Let's Get Moving this time because I used them 5 years before; it was a great job then and it was a great job this time too. They were very helpful from start to finish and even finished ahead of schedule. Let's Get Moving arrived on time, were easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions. If they had a question about anything there was zero hesitation to ask me before they started working. The move started at 8:30 and was done by 2:30; it was a move of 50 – 60 miles and about 40 boxes plus furniture and I didn’t worry about anything while they were moving it. I would recommend Let's Get Moving to anyone that needs a great moving company.- Tom H.

Premier Relocations LLCMove date was contingent upon closing sale of home. Closing was delayed multiple times requiring moving company to adjust service schedules many times. In each instance our move coordinator was always extremely knowledgeable and resourceful to track along with us given a very fluid situation. Given short load notices and several abrupt holds, both coordinator and company was always professional, courteous, adaptable and accommodating to us. When the move did take place we had asked that the crew be expediant to complete loading by a specific time. They bested that time to allow us an earlier departure by 2 hours. Having been a professional mover in my prime I was more than impressed by their effort. Material was to be shipped interstate 1,300 miles. Not one item of the 10,000 lb load was lost or damaged. This is testimony to the professionalism and expertise of every employee in their organization. From a spot on estimate though the rolling up of the carpet protector, service was sterling. One could say other moving services could cost less, however, it's our belief you get exactly what you pay for. At some point the savings of a discounted rate is shortlived by the aggravation of dealing with problems at the recieving end. Similar to lost luggage at the airport; you're home, tired and spent. Not the best time to have more heaped on you're plate. This moving experience was trouble- free in every aspect. Well worth it and reward for a higher investment. I wish every company, big and small, would operate at this superior level of performance.- Tom S.

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

Went beautifully. On time every time. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. The leader, Danny, pointed out the damages as they occurred and believe me it was minimal. A first for us in our 20+ moves. Piano was moved without problems. They carefully disassembled the exercise equipment, electronics,computer equipment and carefully packed them. They reassembled the exercise equipment and tested it on delivery. They carefully moved the washer and dryer without denting the thin front! Wow! They marked all boxes accurately and mixed room contents very little. They were very caring people as I had to take my wife to emergency room shortly after they got to work. At first I was uneasy leaving but they proved to be trustworthy and very caring. There were no problems leaving them for that six hours. All was not perfect, it never is. Other than a few minor dings I can count on one hand the only other issue was they were unable to reattach the dryer vent and move it into its final location. I had to finish it myself. It required a new vent hose. It became apparent at the start that the two 26’ trucks would not contain everything. Christy had no problems getting a third truck and crew on site the next morning. There was no delay to the original timeline, only the extra charge for the truck and crew. But she did give us a discount on it. They moved live plants, a first in our moves. All in all the best move ever. They made a very stressful time a little less so.
