"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

"Julio did a great job and we really like how our shower conversion turned out. He did quality work throughout the project from the beginning to end. Installed a custom shower pan where our tub once was added new board and did all tile work as well as installing grab bars and a bench. He kept us informed with updates on the project as he went. Julio particularly has a passion for getting all the details right. We would definitely use him again."

Went above and beyond by not only purchasing the door but picking one out for me that for the style of the house perfectly as I live 90 minutes from the location. Showed up on time. "Installed 9 windows total and 3 sliding glass doors. Not a single problem after the install. It's been 2 years now since the install. On the day of installation, everything was thoroughly explained before they got started. They were happy to take down all of the blinds and curtains for me. They also moved the furniture out of the way which is something they usually don't do, but they did it since I was unable to have it done prior to the appointment. They walked me through everything after the install and made sure I was satisfied. From the day of signing to the day of install was less than 4 weeks. They had the windows within 21 days of placing the order and got me on their schedule the same week of delivery. I did meet with 3 other companies. I noticed that everyone tried to sell me a window and the ratings on the window. Windoor Retro Pros/Builtry showed me that all of the glass from the manufacturers is all coming from Cardinal Glass. They showed me it was all the same low-e 366 glass and the minor differences between the frames. They took it a step further to show me how the differences in the frames could potentially affect the application of the window to my openings being that I have a wood framed home. This helped determine which product would be best for my home and they even explained why they were ordering all of the windows with a nail fin and slightly smaller. I did not have to do any touch up paint AT ALL because I went with their expertise. Every other company told me I might have to do touch up painting and more which was fine. But I could tell that Joe was not a sales person. He was very technical and even told me that the sliding glass doors would come with 6-inch tracks instead of my existing 4-inch tracks (due to being vinyl products which were thicker) so they would have to cut into my floor and build out on the exterior. The county inspector even said himself that this was by far one of the best installs he had ever seen in his 20+ years of inspections. I WOULDN'T HIRE ANY OTHER COMPANY. Windoor Retro Pros/Builtry were the second lowest bid out of 4 total bids we received. But even if they were the highest, we were set on hiring them. Listen to these guys. They are not sales people. These are real experts and they will treat you fairly. Also learned that Joe serves as their leader and he is a Christian. I don't really care for religion in business but his character was admirable and it just made things much easier throughout our communication. These guys are the best and sorry for such a long review but they deserve a much longer one!"

"Sandy replaced my 2 bathroom vanity counter tops including sink, faucets, backsplash. I was really pleased with his quality of work performed, attention to detail and his professionalism. Even though this was a somewhat "small" rehab project, I will use him for any and all future projects I have. I have found it very frustrating trying to find a dependable and trustworthy company because many of them you talk to on the they either don't return phone calls, or don't respond to first message about getting a rate quote at all. "They are really good at coming to your home and selling you these windows and will hover over you as you sign the sales agreement. Once that is signed, good luck. In addition to the poor window quality, they have destroyed my walls, windowsills, and baseboards. Windowwall sent another team out to "fix" the issues but did not fix them, instead asked me if I know how hard it is to install windows....not my problem? So then inspection day came and the windows failed. It has been a month now and still haven't heard back from windowwall. The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. The inspector told me that if these windows were installed in his home, he would take them to court for how bad of a job they did. Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them and will not honor the promise!"
