"Excellent experience! Called on Thursday, they came on Friday, right on time. The owner, Joseph Verdis is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He went over everything he would do before hand, protected my floors and corners, and got to work. Excellent job!!! They also do tile and grout and outdoor and pool areas, which I have put on my TO DO List for later. Will definitely use again, and really appreciate a person who represents his company so well and does what he says he will do at a very reasonable price!"

The way we run our business is simple, we advertise or call people who are advertising work and we meet face to face check out the work that needs to be done, give the costumer a price, some prices are negotiable, if they agree with the price, we find out what needs to be done and by when, we get the job done efficiently in a timely manner, then at the end of each job we make sure the customer is satisfied,then we will write them an invoice and receive payment. We are very outgoing and get along great with all our customers. We firmly believe in hard work and getting the job done right!

"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. While other carpets made from synthetic fiber can stand up to harsh chemicals, the natural material—sheep’s wool, cotton, silk, or camel hair—that goes into an oriental rug will break down and get damaged if they come in contact with traditional rug shampoos.
