"We originally agreed to a regular home cleaning for $150. When they came they suggested a deep clean for $400. We compromised at $300 which included laundry, carpet cleaning, and full home deep clean. The team was very friendly and worked fast. In about 4 hours everything had been taken care of. They did miss some dust here and there but the overall cleaning was good. I would hire them again. I do not appreciate being sold a $150 cleaning and then having to negotiate down to a price that was double our original price. Also using my cleaning products and paper towels was weird, i would expect a cleaning team to come with their own equipment and paper towels. Besides that they where great and got along well with my dogs."

I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late.
