"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. "Roy and his team are incredible. In renovations jobs where all the big ticket items are always top of mind, the team at ARose also pays attention to the details. One several occasions these guys came out before or after hours, on weekends, and even immediately turning around after a full days work at my house to address a minor detail That level of service combined with spectacular work is what makes this team so unique. I highly recommend this company for any of your home needs!"

"The work performed was outstanding and Eric is a skilled craftsman. The only Issue I have is that I assumed it would be a Time and Materials job and it was more of a "it would cost a lot to replace it so it costs a lot to repair it" costing. I strongly recommend that anyone who uses this contractor get a solid cost prior to starting. That said if it wasn't for this I'd give 5 Stars"

"It went very well. J Meraki came early and worked late. From demolition to final approval the project was completed in less than one week. They didnt cut any corners. What they removed was put back correctly. They cleaned up after themselves and removed their debris. The pricing was good and they stayed under the budget. I would definitely use them again. Note: I was onsite for the entire project and was able to provide feedback."

"Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were."
