We noticed we were losing about 65 gallons/day between the meter and the house. They came out, found the leak and said they would be back later in the day with the tools needed to chop out the concrete and repair the leak. They came back just as they said, did the repair and cleaned up the mess. Very professional service from both guys that were here.

Excellent & professional service provided by Home Angels!! We called in at night about our plumbing issue, first thing the next morning Doug was at our home ready to solve the issue. He was able to find the problem in a timely matter, explain in detail to my husband and I what was causing the issue and provided top notch service to fix our plumbing. Definitely an experienced and knowledgeable professional. We are very satisfied with the service we received and we highly recommend Home Angels!!

They showed up within the hour and fixed the problem. I had to pay the weekend emergency fee of $149, but they were upfront about the price. The actual repair was $150. They were prompt, efficient and professional.

A definitively excellent experience. Master Plumber Doug provided me with a complete explanation of the choices available to me to remediate the problem. Moreover, he completed the work with precise professionalism. Home Angels is now my first phone call for all of my future plumbing needs. In summary, I do not provide such high praise unless it is well earned. South Florida is a brutal environment for a consumer. I am battle hardened by the considerable fraud and deceit I have encountered among service providers across many disciplines. As a definitive counterpoint to the unacceptable customer experience that defines most of my purchase interactions, Home Angels endeavored energetically to completely exceed my expectations.

I called Home Angels because I thought there was a leak in my bathroom. The person who made the appointment for me was nice and an appointment was quickly made with John. John and an associate showed up on time and got right to work. Professional, knowledgeable and personable, he spent time with my husband and myself explaining everything he'd done to find our problem and exactly what our problem was... Long story short, there was nothing to repair; I'd used the wrong paint when redoing the walls and the stuff I used was reacting somehow with... something.. and started bubbling. I'd definitely use Home Angels again; they're honest and knowledgeable.

Water heater replacement . They did a great job at a fair price and I would highly recommend them. Our longtime plumber retired so I did a lot of research before I chose this company. Doug, our technician, was very neat and fixed a few other little issues we been having for a long time. The price was fair and the service was great.

Everything went perfectly! The technician was amazingly thorough! The most obvious leak cause was some sort of roof breach. However, he kept investigating and returned to the leak location repeatedly. After consideration, he declared that my roof wasn't the cause of the leak. Instead, the condensation from the A/C lines were guilty! He was 100% correct. His diligence was greatly appreciated!

All was fine with the work done, and a couple of referrals were made for next steps in the project. The referral of a builder did not work out. There were minor scratches on stove and refrigerator for which I never received an answer when I asked for a response.

Excellent company. Immediate service. Equipment is new, compact and pretty much quiet. I had no mess, no clean up that’s because they are quick to respond. Nice guys and understanding of your stressful event taking place. Company handles dealing with your insurance company if you like.
