Glendale Painting was established in 1985 by two brothers. The company has set itself apart from the competition by carving a niche in the high end repaint market throughout the State of Florida. Our primary service areas are Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Pasco, Lee, Collier counties. Glendale Painting has a Commercial and Residential division.

"Painters caused much dirt and debris on the property and required additional time to finish the job. The painters themselves were amateurs resembling a group of high school boys working a summer job.. Glendale also hired subcontractors to assist with the painting who did not communicate effectively with the company employees. The project took months longer to complete than originally detailed in the contract. This lack of efficiency and poor skills presentation affected the quality of life for the residents. Layers of pulverized metallic dust coated the grass, the parking lot, the cars, and the soil. Fragments still remain even today. The parking lot surface was stained as well. Clean up by Glendale Painters post job was a meager effort at best. As a resident of the condo community, I can vouch that Glendale is an unprofessional company that I would not recommend to anyone."

"The communication and professionalism of the owner Ray was beyond disappointing. At times he was condescending to me which is so unprofessional. They would not show up when they were supposed to and I would text and get no reply. John promised to have the house completed before July 4th and then the painters did not show up for three days. They blamed rain in the forecast when I finally got an answer from them but this is Florida in the summer - there is always rain in the forecast and it did not rain on those days at our house. My point was then at least communicate - don't tell me your coming and then just not show up and not answer a text asking if they are coming. Ray was condescending and told me he made sure all was done when the job was completed. We were out of town when they finished. We came home to tape still in several areas and paint and/or residue footprints from the tarps all over our brand new pavers. So they did NOT clean up after themselves at all. And while John says - I'm sorry - the trust was already lost when you said the job was done and clearly they didn't clean up their mess. And we do NOT agree on what looks "very good." We had stucco where a screen was taken down - it looks terrible painted but John assured me it looked "very good" and told me I was wrong. I'm not wrong - it looks terrible. He can keep saying it looks very good but it does not. I will never use this company again. My house may be painted FINALLY but the sure lack of communication, respect and just how they treat a customer was completely unacceptable."
