GLENDALE PAINTING CORP

Painters caused much dirt and debris on the property and required additional time to finish the job. The painters themselves were amateurs resembling a group of high school boys working a summer job.. Glendale also hired subcontractors to assist with the painting who did not communicate effectively with the company employees. The project took months longer to complete than originally detailed in the contract. This lack of efficiency and poor skills presentation affected the quality of life for the residents. Layers of pulverized metallic dust coated the grass, the parking lot, the cars, and the soil. Fragments still remain even today. The parking lot surface was stained as well. Clean up by Glendale Painters post job was a meager effort at best. As a resident of the condo community, I can vouch that Glendale is an unprofessional company that I would not recommend to anyone.

It started in March and it has dragged on. There is an inconsistency as to when they will show up. They have sent a number of different crews. May of the painters are very young and do not look like professional painters. There have been episodes of sloppy work including paint drops on the sidewalks and fouriers. They have failed to put wet paint signs up. We have no idea when they will be done. This has taken way too long. This is a small complex and they probably could have had the job done in 3 weeks. It has been inconvenient since we have to move cars, etc and we never know when they will show up. There is clearly a lack of communication.
