It went great. He was able to out up a wood feature wall panels, assembled fireplace and installed it with a tv. Installed three fans as well.

Incompetent with electrical systems but will pretend they knew what they were doing - The worst handyman service I ever worked with.

This company had great communication, arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and provided us with before and after photos upon request (since the work performed was on the roof!) I would definitely recommend their services.

Start of project was delayed twice due to another job. All supplies were ordered and on site for the job. Upper cabinets were installed and needed 3 inch filler installed on both sides. Chad claimed he did not know how to do this and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. There is now a 3 inch gap between the cabinet/crown molding and side wall.

Great! All work was completed within 30 mins.

Quality work but very slow which becomes an issue when you pay their hourly rate.

All work was completed in a professional manner. You can not tell that the wood or the siding was replaced. The new material blended in perfectly with the old boards. I was very pleased with there work.

Chad understood what was expected. He also explained all additional work he performed to ensure that another episode would be very unlikely to occur. All the area was clean when the job was finished.

The first appointment was missed because Chad was calling my work after I got off even though he had my cell number. I called him to inquire about our appointment. He said he was in the Bank and would call me back later. He called back about 45 minutes later and request we reschedule. When he did show up we discussed the amount of time it would take to complete the job. We had agreed on the phone for a Deal of $149 for 3 hours. He explained that the deal was 1.5 hours per person and he had another person with him. They installed the window but more work had to be done for the form around the window, the stucco and drywall. I agreed to the additional work, but he stated that he would need additional materials and if he go get it, it would be a $50 trip charge. I told him I would go but he looked in his truck and found some on the materials he needed. He did need some more materials so he went to the store and purchase it; he did not charge me a trip charge. After he finished installing the form around the window, he said he would have to come back after it dry and finish the stucco and drywall. We agree on a date and when those dates arrive he called my work number again even though he had my cell number. I called the office and his assistance said he was tied up at another job. My work phone log showed that he called over an hour after our scheduled appointment. When the office called me back we agreed to reschedule. I told her I had purchased another deal through Angie list. He passed on through her that I can only use one deal per job, which I totally understand. I asked her how much to come back and finish the job, she said it would be $150 an hour. I told her that was too much. She said she would talk to him and call me back. That never happen. Have not heard back from them. This is the treatment from a person who said he wanted my business when he was in my house. I think these types of Handyman deals can be a rip off. They would offer a deal for 2, 3 or more hours for a set price, but most time that is per person, so if they decide to bring an unskilled assistance you’re still paying for that person. And it seems as if they take their time to get you to pay for additional hours. All my military Vet friends wanted me to let them know how this job goes so they can use them as they are looking for a good handyman. Well I guess we all will have to keep looking.

Chad and his partner arrived on time, friendly and enthusiastic about getting to work. Frankly, they were amazingly fast and efficient in working through the projects. In fact, it never crossed my mind that they would be able to accomplished all they did in one hour. They were friendly but focused, and appeared well-skilled. As I accumulate my next list of handyman tasks for my condo, I will definitely be calling them again for their services.

Very well. I called Chad. He was really booked for the day. I explained that I really was in dire need of swapping out a large clunky A/C window unit that I couldn't possibly do myself. He listened. Was polite. Then said he would find a way to fit me in during his already-scheduled appointments. He showed up when he said he would too, did the work effortlessly and was on his way! 5 STARS!
