"it went well in the beginning. Grass died in winter. Once grass came back I contacted the company to set a date to come and cut my grass again. I was advised, without notice, they were no longer doing my area. I am now left with grass and weeds growing and now scurrying trying to find new lawn service. They could have at least given me a heads up so I would not have been left without any notice at all. I would have never done that to them. I guess it does not matter to them as long as they have their new customers. I paid cash on every day of service for lawn service and any additional service I needed for an additional fee."

"DO NOT HIRE THIS ROOFER!! Let me explain. I hired them to replace my two large roofs in Sept 2021 and we both agreed on starting right after Thanksgiving 2021 and be done in 3 weeks. They did not show up for work as promised and I reached out and found out that they decided to go in vacation. They started 4 weeks late and the project went on to mid- January 2022 which I needed to avoid. The stick and peel roof that they replaced was so poorly executed that the new roofer that I hired this month had to hot tar the connection joints and the end of the roof plus cut the bubbles and hot tar them. The roof that they coated with the roof silicone has bubbled and peeled off already with-in weeks of finishing as you can see in the pictures. The manufacture of the silicone coating has a warranty however they did not honor the warranty as they deemed the workmanship to be shabby. Yes the manufacture of the silicone sent a rep and they deemed the work that Randall's crew to be not consistent with the way the instructions deemed it to be applied. They did not let the roof to dry to apply the coating. They applied the silicone while the roof was still wet from rain. I did not consider myself an expert in roofing in 2021 however I know a lot more now. Now I have hired a new roofer with more than 3 reviews and Randall at Randall S Martin Roofing, INC is not a company I would ever hire. They may be the most reasonable at the time but I would avoid them. I also considered suing them but my attorney mentioned that the juice was not worth the squeeze. So I swallowed the $55,900 I paid them and I am paying a new roofer to fix the mess that they have made."

"I am writing this review so others will not go through what I did. He did some work for a relative of mine so he was recommended. Things started off well. He removed the old vanities right away. I picked out vanities for both bathrooms and one he went with me.Then it went down hill from there. Guest bathroom he installed the vanity like 2 weeks later, master bathroom was a week or so later. He would tell me he would be coming and give me approx. time and then text me after time he was to arrive that he would not be coming or I would hear nothing. I would always be calling and leaving messages and would not get a response. This happen quite a lot. He did tile work in guest bathroom and it was a mess that I had to clean up. There was grout all over the floor and new vanity as well as toilet. He never came to clean up the grout off the tile as he said he would. This holds true for master bathroom as well. As far as the painting, well, I could have done a better job myself. There was paint dropping everywhere. He did not cover anything. The color in guest bathroom is not the color I picked out and gave him the numbers for. He did not leave me the remainder of the paint so I can never do touch-ups. I asked him repeatedly for it where makes me believe he know it was not the right color. I had to remove the paint off the bathtub area which was not in same area. Again, same holds true for master bathroom, Had paint splatters in my shower, where no paint should be. There was paint all over the trim work and I had to repaint that myself. He got paint droppings all over my hardwood floors and kitchen tile. He has now stopped answering my calls and has left me with unfinished work. Now I must find someone else to complete and trust. Do yourself a favor and move on and find someone else."
