We removed the flashing you didn't like, caulked your entire gutter where it meets the screen cage and the old flashing which we did not install. We also took off the price of the flashing after you decided you didn't like it. We shortened the drainage pipes as low to the ground as possible to ensure no leaks and we leveled out your grass. When I left your home I was under the impression I remedied all of your concerns and you even offered us all waters. I wish you would have discussed your concerns while I was at your home because I would of made sure your were satisfied before we left. I'm disappointed with your rating because I was not aware of your continued concerns with our work. I would be happy to replace your sod in the area that we were working.
