He also went beyond the scope of work to fix minor issues with the gutters. What struck me most is how meticulous he was in the prep (covering outlets and fixtures, washing plants pre and post-cleaning to avoid damage from the cleaning solution, etc.) to protect the property, and the obvious pride he took in doing the work well.
