"We are over the moon with the service we received from Designer lifestyles. When using a company, Jon was by far the most communicative and professional person to come in and give us an estimate. They were polite, professional, competent and efficient. They kept the area clean and were in constant communication with me during this project. As with any project there were a couple of unforeseeable hiccups, but nothing that wasn’t easily and quickly remedied. The final cost was only about $500 more than the estimate we received prior to beginning the service. We feel that they earned every penny. We dreamed up our install in our head and they brought it to life. We will definitely use their service again for a future needs in our home, and do recommend their service to friends and family. They removed a wall, repaired the floor under that removed wall, repaired and painted the drywall, closed in two enclaves, installed upper and lower cabinetry with an area for wine, installed a wine glass rack, under cabinet lighting, quartz countertop beautiful backsplash, soft close drawers and doors, put in hardy board and new beautiful tile floor to ceiling around our fireplace. Final cost was about $11,000. The entire job was completed in about three weeks from start date."

"We hired Black Water Construction to rebuild our 32-year old 24x26 ft deckl after soliciting bids from Home Advisor and Angie's List. We received three bids and Black Water was the only company that actuallly came out and did a thorough inspection of the project, preparing a detailed estimate, with schematic drawing on a computer. The drawing showed exactly where the supports would be located and how the deck would be configured. Black Water's estimate was substantially lower than the other bidders, but that was only one reason we selected them.
