"We have done jobs for Gifford Gifford for many years. Richard is one of those old school guys who if hes going to do something, hes going to do it right. A TON goes into building a home, an abolute TON, and corners could be cut left and right. When looking for a builder, personally the most important thing to me is finding someone who is professional, caring, honest and always strives to hold themselves to the highest level of integrity. Richard is a perfect example of each of those qualities. Things can and will go wrong when building a home, it happens. All companies make mistakes but the best companies, fix those mistakes. Richard built a home for someone a few years back and recently they had some water leaking into the middle of their bathroom (again, it happens right! Its not like that issue had anything to do with Richard or his workmanship. He did not pour that slab). Richard rang me up and paid out of his own pocket to have this entire bathroom repaired (not cheap). I do not mention that so you can expect free things from him but I mention it to show Richards character and personality. There is something to be said about those & old school guys in the custom home building industry. Richard and Sheri are honest, caring and straight up people.
