"We had TWO 4 bedroom homes built at the same time here in Lake Placid, FL. 1) It took over 12 months to complete construction. 2) We did a cost plus build. We were way over the ballpark price quoted. 3) We are still requesting repairs to be completed 7 months after CO issued."
