The inspection report came back super quickly and was very detailed; it included photos, recommendations, life expectancies and so much more information. Thanks to his detailed reports, the home sellers had to make some last minute repairs to the house that helped ensured our family resided in a safe home before we moved in. "I hired him to inspect a home for my son who is away at college. Wanted to be sure it was in good condition as he's so far away. Richard agreed to travel 3 hours one way to inspect the home! After his inspection Richard recommended we cancel the sale due to cracks in the foundation and mold he found in the attic. We rescinded the contract on that one. We found another home, again 3 hours away, that we had Richard inspect. He found a few issues, roof needed repair and a couple of electrical issues. Due to these issues we were able renegotiate the price and get a new roof before the purchase. Great Service and very thorough, definitely recommend!!"
