In addition to, in my opinion, being generally unprofessional, cursing up a storm, and taking personal calls during the house inspection, the inspectors told me the roof would be fine for another five years or so and would only need minor repairs. They gave it a passing grade on the Four-Point Inspection. After owning the house for less than a month, I just got a letter from my insurance company saying the roof would need to be replaced entirely or I would lose my insurance. Great catch, guys.
