Scott was very thorough with inspecting my home and shared any concerns he had that might have affected obtaining new home owners insurance. He researched my property on line to confirm permits pulled and what they were for; I.e. when my roof was re-roofed which made this a simple process for me to help in being accurate in his report he sent me. He was very timely with his services.
