We are a full service home inspection firm covering all Central Florida. All of our inspections are performed by a Certified Master Inspector (CMI). This means we have performed over 1,000 home inspections and have held a high standard of excellence in our service that is required of the best in the home inspection industry. We are State of Florida licensed Home Inspectors and Certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). We have a background in water, fire and mold remediation and construction. We also have a background in wood destroying organism identification and treatment such as subterranean termites, dry wood termites, Formosan termites, carpenter bees and more. Our home inspection service includes a thorough evaluation of your property and a detailed photo documented report of our findings that is easy to read. Mike did a pre-buy home inspection and WDO inspection for us last month and did a terrific job. He is very thorough and after each phase, walks you through what he found and answers any questions or concerns that you have. Afterwards, he provides you with a detailed report accessible both online and printable in PDF format. His prices are competitive and I certainly would recommend him to family and friends.

Mike was very professional and found numerous things that we did not see with the naked eye. He was very thorough and did a great job. As a result of his findings, we opted to back out of the contract we had on the home due to a variety of findings. We will definitely hire him again for the next house we plan to purchase!

The inspection was very thorough, and Mike did a fantastic job. He checked practically everywhere , including the roof and crawlspace . He took all the time he needed to explain all the issues, and provided an excellent report with great photos . A home inspection was done by Systeco Inspections (father's company) instead of Maverick Inspection Services. The inspection report was sloppy and missing a lot of information. It was not the company we chose and paid for on AL and did not get the quality of work we had read about. Switcheroo by two companies owned in the same family. I was disappointed by the work done and had to constantly follow up to correct information in the report. Also, poor communication only done by text. Original time schedule was rescheduled by the contractor two and a half hours after originally scheduled.

Mike was very professional and spent a good amount of time over the phone initially detailing all that he would do on the inspections. I was glad to have one inspector do it all. He was very thorough during the inspection crawling through every area of the attic and used thermal imaging on the walls and ceiling to check for moisture. I'm very happy we went with him.

Excellent. Mike at Maverick Home Inspections knows his stuff. We were able to make an informed decision in purchasing a house and in the end, he saved us $250 a year in our insurance premium with the wind mitigation report. We highly recommend Maverick Inspection Services and would use them again.

Mike was extremely professional and thorough. He arrived promptly and asked if there were any items I would like to address before he began his inspection. We walked around the home, and I asked him about some issues and how to handle them. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. He then proceeded with his inspection of the exterior, roof, and then moved his way to the inside. In the interior of the home, he inspected everything - structure, electrical, etc. He checked all appliances in the home as well. He even checked the pool. Throughout the inspection, Mike allowed me to ask questions and provided valuable information on needed repairs and areas of concern. After the inspection was complete, Mike was able to let me know some of the major concerns found before he left. He also was able to provide references to help quickly receive quotes on the repairs. Mike was always available for any questions I had after the inspection, and provided the full inspection report quickly. Mike was extremely helpful and thorough! I would recommend Mike and Maverick Inspection Services for all home inspections. I would also use again in the future!
