Everything went well. I notified Carl the day before and scheduled the inspection the very next day. He was on time and very courteous. He conducted a very thorough home inspection including photos and brief explanations of what was good or bad. He also made some suggestions on some of the mediocre issues found. I highly recommend using Carl for any home or real estate inspections.

It's a great company and they do great work! I'd definitely recommend them. Anyone who needs a report for their insurance company to lower their rates will want to use them! Their pricing is reasonable and they inspected my house in about an hour.

Did not hurry , very thorough.When finished he took us to everything that he found that needed fixing. He explained what needed to be done. As a person he was very likable.
