"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. "Excellent work! Marvin came on the day requested to see and evaluate the job and give us a quote of the final cost. He arrived as promised the next day to begin work and removed the wall of mirrors in the living room efficiently and safely, with no pieces falling to the floor. Next he sanded and smoothed the wall, repaired the opening in the wall between two rooms with sheet rock and applied a spackling compound matching the texture to that on the other walls of the rooms. He returned the following day to apply two coats of paint, undercoat and final. This job took the better part of two days and Marvin did the work with skill and precision and cleaned up at the end. "AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none.
