"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. Wonderful people to work with. Very friendly and affordable."

"Vicente and his crew did an incredible job painting the interior of my house and removed wallpaper as well. My walls look so beautiful and the pricing was great too. Vicente was great to work with, as well as the rest the crew. They also finished early! Couldn’t recommend them more. I will be calling them soon to repaint the exterior of my house."

"Mr.Fernandez did excellent work. He had to carry tiles, mud set and grout up a circular stairway and didn't charge extra for that. He leveled the patio so all areas would drain properly- no puddling. His price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire him again. A very conscientious person"

"I called Mr. Solis to see if he would and could remove a large wall mirror. He said he could and would be by at 4:00 the next day and look at the job. He arrived on time and looked over the job, quoted me a price. I agreed to the price and he said that he would be back at the same time the next day. He arrived on time the next day and took down the mirror. He protected my tile floor, cleaned up after he was done, and spent extra time at my house waiting for the layers of patch to dry before putting on the next coat. I received far more than I expected from my request. The original installer of the mirror would not even touch the project.
I own two houses and incharge of a third. I expect to keep Mr. Solis very busy.

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. With AAA you have a contractor with a college degree in this field. Do yourself a favor and in the very least contact them and discuss your plans. Feel free to contact me via email for a reference. Backsplash Installation questions, answered by experts

You have creative freedom when it comes to your tile trim. If, however, you are considering skipping tile trim, please think twice about that. It is good practice to install tile trim, whether on walls or flooring. Think, too, about the aesthetic you are going for and choose a trim type and color that will help enhance the space.

Natural stone tiles are durable, heat-resistant, and add timeless elegance to floors, walls, and countertops.

Grout lines should typically be between 1/8 to 3/16 inch thick. This ensures enough room for the grout to dry properly and makes them wide enough to look clean and professional. If grout lines are too small, it can be easier to see imperfections in the spacing.

Generally speaking, it is better to cut tile wet when using a fast-moving wet saw to reduce dust and chipping. However, tile can be cut dry when using just about any cutting tool. Dry cutting will result in a bigger mess and may increase the risk of chipping or cracking, but if you’re just making small cuts, dry cutting is a safe and viable option. Cutting dry also means you can apply tile grout sooner, so it’s better for rushed projects.

There are no unbreakable rules of design, but experts recommend against using large tiles in areas with poor subflooring where they’re more prone to cracking, in areas where the floor isn’t entirely level, over raised areas or dips, and in bathrooms where budget is the primary concern. The size of your bathroom shouldn’t be a reason not to use large tiles; in fact, larger tiles, also known as slab tiles, can be a modern and sleek choice for bathroom floors and walls.
